Overview
In a world of excessive consumerism, Coco Veda is leading an eco-conscious, multi-stakeholder pilot focused on responsible consumption. Through its Farm to Community Impact Mission, Coco Veda has partnered with PayPal to leverage sustainable cross-border eCommerce, in conjunction with NVPC’s Great Singapore Give.
Engaging purpose-driven businesses, Coco Veda’s model integrates initiatives like incentivised employee wellbeing, sustainable gifting, and corporate procurement, with 10% of net proceeds directed to a charity chosen by each decision-maker.
This collaboration brings together heart-led leaders with a mindset of abundance, united in a collective goal to spark a Ripple Effect that inspires broader involvement. Together, we aim to build a sustained giving initiative that positively impacts lives, extending well beyond the Giving Season.
The Beneficiaries
KampungKakis
KampungKakis is a tech-powered neighbourhood network that matches isolated seniors with compassionate individuals in the community through a buddy system.
Additionally, they organise programmes like digital skills training to help seniors navigate community resources with confidence, as well as outings to support seniors’ physical and mental well-being.
Their mission is to reignite the kampung spirit by building a caring and self-sustaining network that alleviates senior isolation, in the hopes of a Singapore where no senior is left behind.
SPCA Singapore
SPCA Singapore is dedicated to promoting kindness and preventing cruelty to animals. They provide various services, including adoption, cruelty and welfare investigations, and a community animal clinic.
With a commitment to compassion for all creatures, SPCA Singapore works tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need, while also educating the public on responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.
WINGS
WINGS (Women’s Initiative for Ageing Successfully) empowers women to age successfully by providing programs and activities that promote health, financial security, and enrichment.
Through fitness classes, educational workshops, and community events, WINGS supports women in leading active, healthy, and fulfilling lives, fostering a community where women can thrive as they age.
